Tad Moore’s drivers have been popular with better players since
the early 1990’s when he designed and made persimmon drivers for
some of the best players on the PGA tour. His success continued as
drivers evolved into today’s generation of oversized forged
titanium, with his driver head designs winning victories in the 2001
World Long Drive Championship and 2002 North American Championship.
The 409 Series titanium drivers are the result of Tad’s continued
improvement and refinement of those winning designs, and are without a
doubt his most powerful and forgiving drivers ever!
Incorporating all the latest in forged head technology, the 409
Series places mass where it can best achieve the optimum launch
angle, spin rate, and shot dispersion control. With a generous 409cc
volume and large, deep face, this driver has the forgiveness of an
oversized head but a comfortable, compact profile at address for added
confidence on the tee. The signature 409 multi-tiered sole reduces drag
while it tunes the centre of gravity by promoting heel-toe and
perimeter weighting. All of this adds up to a head that will give you
the longest drive possible, and keep you on the fairway.
The Tad Moore 409 Series drivers are USGA tested and approved as
conforming to all regulations for competitive play.
